Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Subtitle Studio (the "App"), operated by Articue Tech Limited ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

2. License

Upon purchasing a license for Subtitle Studio, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The license is a "Lifetime License" which means you pay once and can use the version of the software you purchased indefinitely. This includes minor updates and bug fixes. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee, at our discretion.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Articue Tech Limited or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Articue Tech Limited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Articue Tech Limited expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Articue Tech Limited be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
